Car Accident Causes
Based on this news report, it is not clear how or why Bokor lost control of the Jeep. There are many questions here. Was there a vehicle defect or mechanical malfunction in the Jeep that may have caused or contributed to the accident? Was there a dangerous or defective condition on the roadway that caused Bokor to lose control of his vehicle? Was another vehicle involved in this crash? For example, was Bokor run off the roadway by another driver?
If an auto product defect caused or contributed to this accident, then the auto maker or the manufacturer of the defective product could be held liable. If another driver's negligence caused this accident, then he or she could be held liable. In any car accident where an auto product defect is suspected, the vehicle should be preserved in its current state, unaltered, so it can be carefully examined by an expert for any evidence of vehicle defects or malfunctions. An experienced California personal injury lawyer will be able to analyze all elements of this fatal car accident and help determine whether there was any negligence or wrongdoing here.
