No arrests have been made and the authorities are seeking information from anyone who may have witnessed the fatal accident.

James Steven Swarzman, 47, was killed in a San Diego car accident, which officials say, involved a hit-and-run driver. According to a news report in The San Diego Union-Tribune, the fatal bicycle accident occurred the morning of April 10, 2011 near the intersection of North Coast Highway 101 and Jason Street in Encinitas. Swarzman was traveling with two other cyclists when he was hit from behind by a vehicle, which fled the scene. Swarzman was transported to an area hospital where he later died. Officials are looking for the hit-and-run driver. The suspect vehicle is described as a newer model blue Ford F-150.
Two children identified as 3-year-old Sean Evans and Madison Evans, 4, sustained major injuries in a Bakersfield car accident the afternoon of April 5, 2011 after the Ford SUV in which they were riding rolled over.
