Based on the news report, there are more questions than answers in this fatal motorcycle crash. How did it occur? Whose fault was this head-on collision? Did the motorcycle rider go on opposing lanes of traffic or did the Lexus enter the opposing traffic lane and hit the motorcycle? Was alcohol or drugs involved in this accident? Was there a defective product or a mechanical malfunction that caused this crash? Was there a dangerous condition on the roadway that led to this car accident?
Car Accident Liability Issues
The answers to these questions should help determine what caused this accident and who was at fault. If the motorist was at fault, then he or she could be held liable for the accident and injuries caused. If a vehicle defect caused the accident, then the auto maker or manufacturer of the defective product could be held responsible.
